Returns & Refunds
All Poshyob products are made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We do accept returns or offer replacements if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or size
If this happens, contact us at hello@poshyob.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
Sizing Please check our size guide before ordering. We're not able to offer exchanges for incorrect size selections.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
